1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Digital products or downloadable items
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

4. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
